Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:
1. Engineering Process Development
• Overseeing the design and development of process for precision parts, molds, and dies to meet customer specifications.
• Collaborating with Process designers, manufacturing teams to ensure process are optimized for efficient and high-quality production.
2. Production Process Engineering
• Developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for precision parts and die fabrication.
• Implementing advanced manufacturing technologies / processes for CNC machining, EDM, and Wirecut to enhance production capabilities.
• Analyzing production data and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
3. Set up Yearly Department Targets
• Setup Targets, tasks to accomplish the target with the time lines.
• Job allocation / tasks allocation and followup with the subordinates to achive the target within the timelines.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
2. 15 years or above of working experience in Precision Machining Technologies, High Precision Die Fabrication.
3. In-depth knowledge of precision machining, die fabrication, and related manufacturing processes.
4. Understanding of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as CNC machining, EDM, and additive manufacturing.
5. Experience in managing Engineering department for Developing precision machining processes, Jig / Fixture designs, Process design.
6. Experience in implementing new methodologies, techniques to improve efficiencies of the precision machining processes.
7. Self- Driven and capable of driving his team and work with the cross-functional teams.
8. Skilled in using Excel, Word, PPT and other office software, capable of communication in English, communicating in Mandarin will be a plus.
9. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Benefit:

Annual salary: RMB 400,000-600,000
