Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1 、Identify with and uphold the corporate brand, cultural values, and interests; contribute to building a positive brand image.
2 、Perform pre-production preparations, including but not limited to cleaning the production environment and preparing materials.
3、Strictly adhere to the company's established cell preparation operating standards to complete daily cell preparation experiments.
4、Be responsible for the collection and statistics of cell preparation data; complete experimental records accurately, truthfully, and in a timely manner, and archive them.
5、Promptly identify and raise issues arising during the actual production process, conduct analysis, report to superiors, and correctly respond to various unexpected events.
6 、Comply with and enforce all regulations of the GMP laboratory; be responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, and monitoring tasks of the GMP laboratory.
7、Complete other tasks assigned by leadership in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

1、Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Cytology, Medicine, or related fields from a recognized institution. Age under 32, in good health, honest, trustworthy, and capable of long-term laboratory work.
2、Minimum of 3 years of hands-on cell culture experience. Experience with MSC (Mesenchymal Stem Cell) and autologous immune cell culture is highly preferred.
3、Diligent, meticulous, steady, and pragmatic. Possess a healthy mentality, optimistic and stable emotions, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
4、Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and conscientious. Excellent team player, willing to accept challenges and try new technologies. Skilled at identifying problems in novel experiments, capable of self-directed learning and information retrieval to develop new solutions. Strong communication skills and good professional ethics.
5、Hands-on experience with aseptic techniques in a GMP laboratory. Proficient in English reading and writing, able to consult professional English literature fluently. Strong summarization and analytical abilities. Familiar with common office software and scientific analysis software.
6、Possession of a "Pressure Vessel Operation Certificate" is a plus.
7、Can communicate fluently in Chinese.
