Our facility is located in the Songshan Lake High-Tech Zone, Dongguan, providing comprehensive products and services to the Asian market.


Job Profile:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Service Assistant to support our international service operations. This role focuses on order follow-up, spare parts replacement, inspection coordination, and logistics tracking.


Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1. Follow up on international service orders, including spare parts replacement and equipment inspection.

2. Maintain accurate records of order status, delivery timelines, and customer communication.

3. Coordinate with logistics partners to track shipments and ensure timely delivery.

4. Assist in preparing and archiving service-related documentation.

5. Communicate with international customers and internal teams to resolve order or service issues.

6. Support the team in improving service processes and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

1. Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) – Mandarin is a must.

2. Previous experience in customer service, order processing, logistics, or international sales support is preferred.

3. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
