Trade management
Responsibilities:
1.Fully oversee the daily management work within the foreign trade department ;
2.Lead the team to complete the entire business process work including PD (product development)Sourcing (procurement), Production (production follow-up), Shipping (shipping), etc ;
3.Develop and organize the implementation of long-term development plans, annual sales strategies and market strategies for the foreign trade department based on the company's development strategy ;
4.According to the company's business strategy, formulate and organize the implementation of departmental medium and long-term development plans and strategies, and effectively manage personnel within the department, cultivate talent teams, and provide relevant training ;
5.Responsible for following up on orders received and promptly addressing any issues that arise in various stages ;
6.Based on the development direction of the enterprise, organize the collection of relevant market information, share market research reports, and adjust strategies in a timely manner according to market conditions ;
7.Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
1.At least 5 years of experience in the toy industry, with equivalent position experience at the supervisory level or above. Previous experience in well-known toy companies both domestically and internationally is preferred ;
2.English and Chinese can be used as the working language ;
3.Familiar with major toy brands and various supplier production categories in the toy industry, familiar with the overall process and operation mode of foreign trade tracking ;
4.Previously independently responsible for employee development, training, and planning work ;
5.Possess rich retail professional knowledge and skills as well as keen market insight ;
6.Having advanced management concepts, strong leadership, communication and coordination abilities, and execution control abilities ;
7.Possess certain market analysis and judgment skills, strong data analysis skills ;

1. Experience in product development (outdoor toys such as baby strollers and remote control vehicles);
