Job Details:

Qualifications:

1. Master degree or above in materials, electrical, machinery, microelectronics and other related majors;

2. At least 5 years working experience in power semiconductor module design;

3. Proficient in 3D design software such as SolidWorks, inventor, spaceclaim and Pro / E;

4. Be familiar with power module packaging materials, process and vehicle specification level power module reliability test requirements.
