1. Responsible for the development and process integration of silicon carbide process;
2. Responsible for the engineering flow sheet, yield analysis and failure analysis of the company's products;
3. Responsible for vehicle regulation certification of the company's products;
4. Study the new trend of process technology development in the industry and assist in formulating new process development plan;
5. Write technical documents of relevant products.
Qualifications:
1. Master degree or above in microelectronics, power electronics and other related majors, knowledge of silicon carbide devices or materials is preferred;
2. Solid device physics and strong device design ability, skilled use of device simulation software is preferred, and those who have designed power devices during school are preferred;
3. Have some experience in wafer factory process integration or process module, and can skillfully use relevant analysis software;
4. Basic power device technology is preferred (SiC, IGBT, MOSFET, etc.);
5. Have good learning ability and willingness, and be able to challenge yourself constantly.
