The company specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of new electrode materials and complete intelligent equipment for the electrochemical refining of non-ferrous metals. Its main products have won awards such as “Zhejiang Province Science and Technology Achievement”, “Zhejiang Province First (Set) Equipment in Key Fields of Equipment Manufacturing”, “Zhejiang Province Excellent Industrial New Products & Technologies”, and “Zhejiang Province Key Technology Innovation Project”. The stripping machine unit has obtained “EU CE Certification”; the stainless steel cathode plate has obtained the Zhejiang Manufacturing “品” certification. The company holds honors including 2020 Zhejiang Province Trademark Brand Demonstration Enterprise, Zhejiang Province Hidden Champion Enterprise, and the second batch of National “Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative” Little Giant Enterprises. It is a National High-Tech Enterprise with 49 patents, including 17 invention patents. Current R&D directions include intelligent logistics, digital production, and industrial robots, expanding the company’s product and service scope. Its products are mainly divided into two categories: cathode plates and machine unit equipment. Cathode plate products include permanent stainless steel cathode plates and insulating edge clamps; machine unit equipment includes cathode stripping units, purification filters, two-pole four-contact conductive devices, scrap anode washing units, anode shaping units, etc.
Serve as Technical Director of the R&D Center, responsiblefor the R&D of intelligent equipment in the field of non-ferrous metalelectrochemical refining and the construction of technology platforms,promoting the integrated application of industrial robots and digital productionsystems in the metallurgical industry.
Responsibilities:
1.Lead the R&D of intelligent equipment including cathode stripping units,anode shaping units, and scrap anode washing units;
2.Promote the integration of industrial robots and automated logistics systemsinto metallurgical production lines;
3.Oversee the material and structural optimization of core components likestainless steel cathode plates and insulating edge clamps;
4.Manage R&D center project planning, budget management, and teambuilding;
5.Participate in the certification of first (set) equipment and the application andimplementation of major provincial and municipal science and technologyprojects.
Qualifications:
1.Robotics, Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering。Not yet arrived in China or having been in China for no more than one
year;
2. Holds or will soon obtain a doctoral degree (preference given to fields
such as Engineering, Science, Medicine, and interdisciplinary areas
of the aforementioned disciplines), with the ability to complete
degree verification before employment if pending graduation;
3. Possesses solid professional theoretical knowledge and research
literacy, with a clear research direction in the relevant field.
Preference will be given to those with experience in publishing
high-level papers, applying for core patents, or participating in key
projects;
4. Capable of independently designing, implementing, and transforming
results of research projects, with strong innovative thinking,
problem-solving skills, and team collaboration awareness;
5. Willing to develop a career in China, with good communication skills
and adaptability for cross-cultural collaboration
Benefit:
Annual salary:60-90wRMB/ 76,900 – 115,400 €
Talent Program Support
Successful candidates can receive a subsidy ranging from 1.5 to 3 million RMB (including research start-up funds, talent allowances, etc.), with the specific amount determined by the program standards.
Compensation Package
A higly competitive market-based compensation package is provided,including base salary, research performance bonuses, achievementtransformation rewards, year-end bonuses, etc. The specific salary is determined based on the candidate's qualifications, program level, and the employing institution.

A housing settlement subsidy of 1 million RMB and a rental (living) subsidy of 800,000 RMB are provided. Talent apartments are available, along with housing provident fund.
