Founded in 2001 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR Market on January 6, 2022, it is a chip design company focusing on the R&D and industrial application of domestically independent and controllable embedded CPU technology. After over 20 years of development, it has gradually formed three instruction set architectures, eight major series, and over 40 independent and controllable embedded CPU cores, becoming one of the few core suppliers of domestically independent and controllable embedded CPU technology and products in China. It provides key embedded CPU technology support for achieving secure, independent, controllable, and domestic substitution in China’s chip industry.
The company’s independent chip product clusters cover automotive electronics, information innovation (信创) and information security, and advanced computing fields:
1. In automotive electronics chips, it has taken the lead in successfully developing a series of automotive electronic MCU chips in China, focusing on control in areas such as automotive body/gateway, gasoline/diesel engines/motors, and new energy battery management. These are actually applied by vehicle manufacturers like BYD, SAIC, Changan, Great Wall, and Chery, holding a leading domestic position, breaking international monopolies in key fields, and achieving independent control and domestic substitution. In May 2022, led by National Chip Technology and integrating resources from the upstream and downstream of the Yangtze River Delta automotive industry such as Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute (JSITRI), Tsinghua Suzhou Automotive Research Institute, Changzhou E-Control, Shanghai KOSTAL, SAIC (Nanjing Automotive), and Geely, the Independent and Controllable Automotive Electronic Chip Innovation Consortium was established in Suzhou.
2. In the field of information innovation and information security, it is one of the few companies in China that can simultaneously provide security chip solutions from cloud to end, focusing on security applications in fields like information innovation, digital currency, finance, intelligent connected vehicles, 5G communications, industrial control, and smart homes. Its cloud security chip performance is internationally advanced, and its market application is also among the top domestically.
3. In advanced computing, it has successfully developed domestic RAID control chips, which will support the domestic substitution of key chips in storage servers.
Founded in 2001 and listed on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on January 8, 2022, we are a leading enterprise dedicated to the R&D and industrialization of domestically developed, independently controllable embedded CPU technologies. With over 20 years of expertise, we have established a comprehensive product portfolio of embedded CPUs, positioning ourselves as one of the few core suppliers in China for autonomous embedded CPU technologies. We are now inviting overseas Chinese and foreign talents to join us as Senior Analog Design Engineer (AI Chip Software Driver Development / NPU Chipset Development) to jointly advance the self-reliance and domestic substitution of China's chip industry, and contribute to cutting-edge technological innovation on the global stage.
Responsibilities:
1.Core Technology Development: Lead the mass production development of high-voltage driver chips based on BCD process, participating in the entire lifecycle from design to volume production to ensure chip performance and reliability.
2.Professional Expertise: Be responsible for the design and optimization of analog circuits, conduct in-depth exploration and practice on key technologies such as BCD process characteristics, high-voltage driver chips, and ESD handling, and solve complex technical challenges.
3.Product Application & Commercialization: Lead or participate in the R&D of high-end power management ICs, automotive chips such as LIN/CAN, and translate technical achievements into applications in core scenarios like automotive electronics and industrial control, supporting the substitution and breakthrough of domestic chips in critical fields.
4.Collaborative Innovation: Work with top domestic chip R&D teams, leverage the company's industrial resources in automotive electronics, information security, and other sectors, participate in cutting-edge industry research, and drive the continuous improvement of chip design capabilities.
Qualifications:
Computer, Electronic Information, Automation, Intelligent Science
1. Microelectronics major.
2. Deep understanding of analog circuits; successful mass production of high-voltage driver chips based on BCD process.
3. Familiar with characteristics of common BCD processes, especially in high reliability and ESD handling.
4. Experience in developing high-end power management chips, LIN/CAN PHY, etc., based on BCD process.
1.Not yet arrived in China or having been in China for no more than one1.year;
2.Holds or will soon obtain a doctoral degree (preference given to fieldssuch as Engineering, Science, Medicine, and interdisciplinary areasof the aforementioned disciplines), with the ability to completedegree verification before employment if pending graduation;
3.Possesses solid professional theoretical knowledge and researchliteracy, with a clear research direction in the relevant field.Preference will be given to those with experience in publishinghigh-level papers, applying for core patents, or participating in keyprojects;
4. Capable of independently designing, implementing, and transformingresults of research projects, with strong innovative thinking,problem-solving skills, and team collaboration awareness;
5. Willing to develop a career in China, with good communication skillsand adaptability for cross-cultural collaboration.
Benefit:
Annual salary:55-85wRMB/70,500 – 109,000 €
Talent Program Support
Successful candidates can receive a subsidy ranging from 1.5 to 3 millionRMB (including research start-up funds, talent allowances, etc.), withthe specific amount determined by the program standards.
Compensation Package
A higly competitive market-based compensation package is provided,including base salary, researchbonuses, achievementperformancetransformation rewards, year-end bonuses, etc. The specific salary isdetermined based on the candidate's qualifications, program level, andthe employing institution.
Research Support
Ample research start-up funds are allocated. Access to national-levellaboratories and key research platforms is provided. Support is given forforming a dedicated research team and for connecting with projectresources and funding.
Living & Relocation Support
A housing settlement subsidy of 1 million RMB and a rental (living) subsidyof 800, 000 RMB are provided. Talent apartments are available, along withhousing provident fund. Assistance is provided for work permit, visa(talent green card), hosehold registration (including for spouse andchildren) procedures; resolution of issues such as compulsory educationenrollment for children and employment recommendations for spouses;access to high-end medical insurance, annual health checks, and otherbenefits.
